MADISON, Wis.—"Wild About Saving" has been selected as the theme for the 2015 National Credit Union Youth Month during April.
The theme was chosen from ideas submitted by credit union staff nationwide, with the winning theme submitted by Karina Garcia from CFE FCU, Lake Mary, Fla.
"Youth Month is all about getting children and their parents excited, maybe even a little wild, about savings," Garcia said. "For the 2015 theme, I suggested 'Wild About Saving' because it gives credit unions many opportunities to express their creativity and engage young members." CUNA said National Credit Union Youth Month marketing resources, articles and celebration materials will be available in January.
