ARLINGTON, Va.–NAFCU has announced that Charles Rutan, Edmond Jordan and incumbent Jan Roche have been nominated to fill two open at-large positions in this year’s board elections.
Rutan is president and CEO of Southwest Airlines FCU in Dallas; Jordan is a volunteer at Essential FCU in Plaquemine, La., and Roche is president and CEO of State Department FCU in Alexandria, Va. All have been nominated for two at-large positions. The winners will be announced next month.
NAFCU said that three incumbents were reelected to their regional seats: Region I Director Gary Grinnell (Corning Credit Union, N.Y.); Region II Director Martin Breland (Tower Federal Credit Union, Md.); and Region V Director Richard L. Harris (Caltech Employees Federal Credit Union, Calif.).

* Secretary: Deborah Schwartz, president and CEO of Mission Federal Credit Union (San Diego).
* Martin Breland, president and CEO of Tower Federal Credit Union (Laurel, Md.);
* Thomas DeWitt, president and CEO of State Farm Federal Credit Union (Bloomington, Ill.);
* Robert Fischer, president and CEO of Grow Financial Federal Credit Union (Tampa, Fla.);

NAFCU members must submit their board election ballots by May 4.
