LIMA, Ohio—Superior Federal Credit Union is absorbing via merger tiny St. Mary’s Parish Ottoville Federal Credit Union.
St. Mary’s Parish Ottoville members voted in August in favor of the merger, which NCUA signed off on in July. The 105 St. Mary’s Parish Ottoville members will become Superior FCU members at the close of business on Sept. 30.
St. Mary’s Parish Ottoville, founded in 1947, has assets of $143,000 and served parishioners of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Ottoville.
