Two Missouri Credit Unions Merge To Form Multipli Credit Union

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo.— Two Missouri credit unions have officially merged and are now operating under a new name: Multipli Credit Union.

According to a release from the CUs, the merger between $566-million Missouri Credit Union and $716-million River Region Credit Union received member approval earlier this year and legally took effect on April 1. The full brand transition is expected to be completed by Nov. 1, 2025, when Missouri Credit Union will fully adopt the Multipli name.

“We may have a new name, but our mission hasn’t changed,” said Rick Nichols, President and CEO of the new organization. “It’s still about helping our members grow, thrive, and achieve more.”
