MAUMEE, Ohio—The $211-million Glass City FCU has completed its acquisition of ESCU FCU, based in Holland, Ohio.
The $4.9-million ESCU had 800 members.
Prior to the merger, Glass City had more than 25,000 members and five branch locations in the Toledo area.
