BUTLER, Pa.—The $600-million Armco Credit Union here intends to merge with $27-million Corry Jamestown CU in June, WPXI reported.
The announcement follows Armco’s acquisition of $2-million Swindell Dressler CU here last summer.
The addition of Corry Jamestown, based in Corry, Pa., will add one branch to Armco, bringing the CU’s total to six.
Armco made $5 million in net income through September of last year and its net worth is 13.9%, according to Call report data. Corry Jamestown made $160,000 in net income through September of 2024, and its capital stands at 9.89%.
