PORTLAND, Ore.—Two state credit union associations have announced a wager on the upcoming Super Bowl between the Seattle Seahawks and the New England Patriots.
The wager involves the Northwest Credit Union Association, which is putting up a package of the Northwest’s best smoked salmon, and the Cooperative Credit Union Association, which represents Massachusetts, Rhode Island and New Hampshire, and which is wagering the “world’s best clam chowder.” The latest odds have the defending champion Seahawks as slight favorites in the Super Bowl.
