TWO RIVERS, Wis.—The $34-million Riverwood-Maritime Credit Union here is merging into Fox Communities Credit Union.
The merger is scheduled to take place by June 30. The two locations of RiverWood-Maritime, in Two Rivers and Manitowoc, will become branches of the $1-billion Fox Communities CU. No staff will be let go during the merger, with the credit union saying plans actually call for hiring additional staff. Riverwood-Maritime CU has 4,100 members; Fox Communities more than 75,000.
