SPOKANE, Wash.—The $103-million United Health Services Credit Union will merge into the $716-million Horizon Credit Union on Nov. 1.
UHSCU members voted 89% in favor of the consolidation.
Horizon communications to UHSCU members emphasized the merger benefits being the convenience of more branches, access to the latest technology and more services, and that UHSCU staff will remain on board.
“We pride ourselves on placing our members’ needs first,” said Jeff Adams, Horizon president/CEO.
