BOULDER CITY, Nev.--Mitchell Stankovic & Associates and the Underground are reporting they will be teaming up with the International CU Call Center Conference on Oct. 16th to support International Credit Union Day.
Mitchell Stankovic said that as part of the ICUCC Conference its Underground initiative will host panels focused on member engagement, future technology, and “how to get things done!”
“There is so much at stake when it comes to protecting and attracting members,” the company said. “Fraudsters, outdated technology, and the evolving membership demographic must be top of mind for all executives of the organization. Let’s dig deeper into future-proof strategies that will build and maintain the member trust credit unions have worked so hard to build over the past 100 years.”
Reception Planned
Following the Underground, ICUCC Conference will host a reception to celebrate International Credit Union (ICU) Day the next day.
“During the reception attendees will be asked to ‘Wear Your Genes’,” Mitchell Stankovic said. “This play on words will engage and encourage people to wear something that showcases their heritage. It might be a hat, a piece of clothing or an accessory to proudly show that our differences make us stronger, and our mission of ‘people helping people – One World through cooperative finance.’”
Donations Accepted
Donations will be made to the Worldwide Foundation for Credit Unions to commemorate ICU Day in 2024, the company added.
