TOLEDO, Ohio–University of Toledo FCU has successfully converted to the CU*BASE data processing system offered by Grand Rapids, Mich.-based CU*Answers.
UTFCU has 6,500 members and $68.3 million in assets.
University of Toledo FCU was able to offer its members new and improved services through CU*Answers including It’s Me 247 Online Banking, mobile banking, and electronic document storage. Credit union staff will have access to a wide variety of tracking and reporting dashboards as part of the comprehensive data processing system, allowing them to better serve existing members, the CUSO reported.
“We are excited for the new partnership with University of Toledo FCU,” said CU*Answers. “We believe the credit union and its members will be excited about several new features and offerings following the conversion.”
University of Toledo FCU represents the 18th Ohio-based credit union currently utilizing CU*Answers for core processing services, with three more Ohio credit unions pending conversion.
