LOS ANGELES—Water and Power Credit Union is offering up to $300 in cash bonuses for new accounts.
The credit union is offering a $200 bonus when members open a new checking account with direct deposit and/or a $100 bonus when financing or refinancing an auto loan.
To earn the $200 checking account bonus a member must:
- First, establish WPCCU membership with a minimum $25 savings account deposit.
- Open any of WPCCU’s three checking accounts: Power, Apex or Advantage.
- Within 90 days of account opening, have a monthly direct deposit of at least $1,000 from paycheck, pension, or government benefits.
- The deal is not available to existing WPCCU checking account members, those with fiduciary accounts, or those with accounts that have been closed within 90 days or closed with a negative balance.
The $100 auto loan bonus requires automatic payment be setup from a WPCCU account or from another FI account.
