WAKEFIELD, Mass.—A webinar for credit card issuers on “The Hidden Power of Your Credit Policy” has been set for Feb. 25 from 11:00 to 11:30 a.m. ET.
Hosted by Primax and Cyberlis, the webinar will address how a credit union’s “credit policy directly impacts its sales, profitability and overall member banking relationships,” according to the companies.
“Too often policies are rigidly set upfront and not proactively managed over the life of the program,” Primax said. “As a result, many portfolios experience lower spend, inactive accounts, and poor return on assets.”
The half-hour webinar will feature experts who have managed card programs at community-based financial institutions, and will also include discussion of best practices, risk-based scoring, and benchmark metrics.
