WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. – Purdue Federal Credit Union has named Darrick Weeks president/CEO.
Weeks succeeds Bob Falk, who is retiring after 22 years of service to the credit union, including 16 years as CEO.
“Bob’s unwavering commitment to Purdue Federal and its members has been instrumental in shaping our organization into the strong, service-driven institution it is today. His leadership, vision, and passion for supporting our members, employees, and communities have left a profound and lasting impact. We are deeply grateful for the foundation Bob has established and wish him a well-deserved and fulfilling retirement,” said Edgar Cyr, board chair. “We are confident that our new president/CEO, Darrick Weeks, will lead Purdue Federal into a bright future.”

His expertise spans strategy formulation and execution, business and organizational development, digital transformation, operations, process optimization, sales, talent development, and information technology, the CU said.
“It is an incredible honor to be chosen to lead Purdue Federal and build on Bob Falk’s profound legacy of service and leadership.
