EL SEGUNDO, Calif.– Xceed Financial Credit Union’s vice president of Human Resources, Courtnay Lynch, has been named the HR Professional of the Year Award by the HRD Network, an organization of credit union human resources and training professionals in California and other western states.
Lynch received the award at the HRD Network’s annual conference in San Mateo, Calif. She was honored for her exceptional performance and effectiveness for the credit union, as well as her commitment and dedication to the highest moral and ethical standards, Xceed Financial said.
“I couldn’t be more proud of Courtnay Lynch’s accomplishments, and I’m thrilled that she’s received this well-earned recognition from her peers,” said Xceed Financial President and Chief Executive Teresa Freeborn, who nominated Lynch for the award. “Our credit union and our talented associates have received many awards, but I’m most proud that we’ve been recognized for being a great place to work, and Courtnay and her team played a huge role in that achievement.”
