OSHKOSH, Wis.—Chatter Yak!, the social media and marketing agency, is offering bi-monthly Social Media Chats, webinars that the company said are designed to help financials maximize their social media investments.
The webinars are aimed at CUs of all sizes, with subjects ranging from social media basics and best practices to more in-depth topics like compliance and campaign analytics.
According to Deb Schaffer, Director of Business Development at Chatter Yak!, Social Media Chats help financial institutions navigate the ever-changing waters of social media.

Each webcast includes training on a featured topic, actionables to help participants apply their training, and an overview of social media trends. An interactive Q&A concludes each webinar. For each webinar, Chatter Yak! makes two time-slots available to participants.
