TEL AVIV, Israel–It’s nearly the end of 2015, and many are already looking ahead to the new year with budgets, plans, objectives and more. But before you get to 2016, Daniel Rubin offers some thoughts on how by changing the way we grasp the concept of time, we can take back control of our time. In this TED talk, Rubin discusses the importance of appreciating the day of rest as an opportunity for reflection and contemplation on time and life, a topic often missed in today's modern, fast passed lifestyle.
Daniel Rubin, originally from Los Angeles, Calif., was a 3rd year bachelor student at the Honors School of Psychology at IDC Herzliya at the time this talk was given.
