Housing Association, London CU Use 'Fun Day' to Highlight Partnership

LONDON–The Genesis Housing Association recently held a “fun day” to highlight its new relationship with London Plus Credit Union as part of a program aimed at helping residents to more safely save and borrow money.

The housing association held the fun day at Grahame Park in northwest London to local residents the chance to find out more about the partnership, manage their money, and understand the alternatives to borrowing from high cost lenders.

Genesis said it opted with the one credit union to ensure a consistent offer for staff and residents.

“It was great to be part of the annual fun day and a wonderful opportunity to meet some of the residents that we will be working with,” said Cheryl Gale, CEO at London Plus. “We are really excited about supporting and helping both residents and staff make good financial decisions.”
