KANTURK, Cork, Ireland–Kanturk Credit Union here is paying its members a 10% rebate on loan interest paid during 2015.
The credit union said it saw significant growth in its loan portfolio during the year, as well as increased member savings as well, according to the Corkman.
“With the signs of economic stabilization presenting themselves, Kanturk Credit Union is now very much looking to the future and how we can enhance our services to our members,” said the credit union’s Martin Lyons. “"There are opportunities for credit unions to grow and strengthen and this will be our priority going forward.”
