25 FI's Implement SilverCloud Solutions

PORTSMOUTH, N.H.– SilverCloud, Inc., a SaaS company specializing in banking specific sales and service solutions, announced the successful implementation of its software solutions into 25 financial institutions ranging from $150 million to $10 billion in assets. Out of the 28 implementations, 15 financial institutions chose SilverCloud’s employee self-service product, Compass, while seven of the financial institutions opted for SilverCloud’s customer self-service product, Breeze. The additional three financial institutions implemented both Compass and Breeze to increase overall operations internally and externally.

Among those selecting SilverCloud was Arizona FCU, which was searching for a solution to improve employee channel productivity, before fourth quarter. With the help of Silver Cloud’s Compass solution, Arizona Federal Credit Union’s found that 98% of employees looked to Compass first to answer questions as opposed to asking other employees, the company said.

SilverCloud’s suite of software solutions includes two products, Compass and Breeze. Compass, seamlessly integrates with financial institutions’ intranet or portals to provide customer service representatives with immediate and up-to-date information. Breeze, integrates across a financial institutions’ mobile, internet and banking channel to provide customer self-service, according to the company.
