6 Newground Employees Become CEEEs

CHESTERFIELD, Mo.–NewGround said that six of its design professionals have become Certified Experience Economy Experts (CEEE).

NewGround staff members Bill Bily, Susan Fischer, Laura Meyer, Brad Ritner, Keith Schneider, and Adam Spencer successfully completed the extensive five-day course taught by B. Joseph Pine II and James H. Gilmore, authors of the bestseller The Experience Economy.

The economy is shifting away from the service economy to that of the experience economy—an economy where consumers are looking for personal and fulfilling experiences. By training and certifying the NewGround team with Pine and Gilmore on the Experience Economy, they are able to guide clients to transform from being traditional service providers into experience stagers and increase their own economic value to their customers, the company said.

As an experienced design and build company, NewGround said it understands that successful structures are a series of well-planned interactions. This level of experience will be beneficial when guiding NewGround customers to the next economic evolution, differentiating them in the marketplace.

“NewGround’s core belief is that “The Experience Is Everything” and because of that, we found it important to invest in our staff to become experience experts. With less than 300 certified experts worldwide, I am proud that we now have seven in our organization,” said Kevin Blair, President and CEO of NewGround.
