MALVERN, Penn. – Akcelerant, a Temenos company and provider of software and services to financials, and CU Recovery, a full-service collection agency, reported they have broadened their relationship with increased capabilities. For the past six years, the Akcelerant Framework’s collection solution has maintained integration to CU Recovery and now, as the next step in the evolution of their partnership, the two companies said they have incorporated new functionality into the connector, creating an even more comprehensive and seamless experience for financial institutions looking to outsource charge off accounts.
“With the enhanced connector, mutual customers can take advantage of CU Recovery’s proven success in charge off recovery by identifying and automatically transmitting accounts for contact from within the Framework to CU Recovery,” the companies said. “Updates are then transmitted back into the Framework as part of the daily process. Reports can also be built in the Framework to provide added visibility and performance monitoring.”
