GRAND RAPIDS, Mich.–CU*Answers said it has deployed the latest software upgrade to its flagship core processing system, CU*BASE. The CU*BASE 18.03 software upgrade includes new enhancements for displaying graphs and visual presentations within the core’s reporting/dashboard tools, the company said.
“The impact of our new graphing solution is huge,” said Chris Smigiel, CU*BASE sales manager. “We are now designing and implementing these with an in-house solution, which means we’re no longer reliant on a vendor relationship to bring these to the table. With more flexibility, we can present more graphs and more screens, for more audiences. We also now have options for a wider variety of graphs and visual analytics embedded within CU*BASE.”
The cooperative CUSO stated that up to 85% of new software implemented in CU*BASE software upgrades are based directly from client suggestion. All software improvements are being released to clients at no additional cost, CU*Answers said.
