SAN JOSE, Calif.–CULytics, an online community dedicated to maximizing data analytics at credit unions of all sizes, today announced that three industry leaders have agreed to serve on the community’s advisory panel. Those three are:
- Andrew Downin, managing director of research for the Filene Research Institute,
- John Janclaes, CEO of Partners Federal Credit Union, and
- Greg Mitchell, CEO of First Tech Federal Credit Union.
These three individuals will help guide the community to ensure that it stays focused on meeting the real needs of credit unions.
“Credit unions have a unique opportunity to leverage data analytics to further differentiate themselves from for-profit banks,” said Downin. “I’m excited about the ideas and discussion that are sure to come from CULytics as credit unions collaboratively tackle this opportunity.”
“Analytics and business intelligence are so important to credit unions,” added Jancleas. “It only makes sense to establish an industry-wide, core-agnostic community of liked-minded peers through which credit union technologists can share ideas and learn from each other.”
“CULytics has the potential to leverage the talent, data and resources of a wide range of credit unions in order to advance the entire industry,” concluded Mitchell. “I look forward to working with the CULytics advisors and members to unleash the power of the cooperative movement and to find new and efficient tools to drive prudent growth.”
CULytics will convene its third annual Credit Union Analytics Summit on March 13-14, 2018, at the Microsoft campus in Bellvue, Wash.
