CalyxSoftware Named Among HousingWire’s Tech100 Winners
DALLAS–CalyxSoftware, a provider of mortgage software solutions, has been named one of HousingWire’s 2017 HW Tech100 winners. The HW Tech100 was developed four years ago by HousingWire Magazine to honor the 100 most innovative companies serving the housing industry. This marks the fourth consecutive year that CalyxSoftware has received the industry award.
HousingWire named CalyxSoftware a HW Tech100 winner because it provides “technology to optimize all phases of the loan process.”
Calyx Software noted the publication specifically highlighted the company’s flagship loan origination software, Point, which automates the origination process and integrates with more than 200 vendors inside the software, including disclosure, credit, valuation, title and verification providers.
HousingWire also highlighted CalyxSoftware’s PointCentral, which combines the functionality of Point with a secure, centralized database that features remote access options, audit trails, customizable forms and templates and a robust business rules engine needed for workflow and compliance.
