LAS VEGAS–Bluepoint Solutions announced the first rollout of its redesigned WebShare solution by Clark County Credit Union. WebShare—part of Bluepoint’s FASTdocs enterprise content management system—delivers a new level of member convenience, including a web portal with a seamless user interface and self-managed e-mail preferences, for electronic delivery of statements and other content, the company said.
For the $568-million Clark County CU, finding a single, cost-effective way to manage communications with members checks off several important objectives:
- Keeping costs down by using a unified, multi-purpose email platform.
- Meeting member demands for more flexible, multi-channel access to their information
- Boosting operational efficiency and security while enhancing the user experience
“Our goal is to save approximately $10,000 per month, and to convert 5,000 accounts to eDelivery within 18 months,” said Mark Andrews, chief marketing officer for Clark County Credit Union. “Implementation and launch went smoothly, and we are beginning our full-scale promotional efforts. WebShare’s ease of use serves the majority of members who want anytime digital access, while still offering paper options to our more traditional members.”
“WebShare’s advanced features deliver much more than automated electronic statement notifications,” said Alissa Fry-Harris, director of marketing for Bluepoint Solutions. “By initially replacing paper statements, Clark County will save hard dollars that can go back its members in the form of new products and services. And over time, they will reap further benefits by using WebShare for all types of email communications with their members.”
