ATLANTA– FMSI has unveiled what it is calling a major release, including several new enhancements for its Omnix Lobby Tracker solution.
According to the company, the latest release is highlighted by a completely overhauled user-friendly design, with built in responsive elements for both tablets and kiosks—resulting in an improved experience for both visitors and users.

Along with the all-new design, FMSI’s said its latest Omnix Lobby Tracker release includes the following new enhancements:

- Lobby statistics activity summary bar—showing key lobby information no matter where you are in the tool
- Interaction wrap-up functionality—facilitating more accurate recordings of time spent on each product or service performed
- Customizable visitor check-in screen (for kiosks, tablets or monitors)
- Support for Spanish language check-in screen, including list of products and services
- Online check-in feature—allowing visitors to enter the lobby line queue before ever stepping foot into the branch
- Branch Wait Times – organizations can show branch wait times on their web sites
