ALPHARETTA, Ga.–FMSI has released Omnix Appointment Concierge, a branch appointment scheduler app that the company said helps modernize how members engage with branch staff.
“Now, credit union members can use their devices or PCs to schedule branch appointments through their credit union websites and mobile credit union apps,” the company said. “For managers, detailed appointment scheduling data gives intricate details into the retail platform and enables them to analyze the patterns that account holders are requesting products/services appointments for. The app also gives managers the ability to review interaction trending information associated with branch visits.”
