FirstLight Breaks Ground On La Macchia-Designed Facility
EL PASO, TEXAS – FirstLight Federal Credit Union has broken ground on a new facility here that is being developed in conjunction with La Macchia Group.
Members who visit the branch will experience a new way of service by now using Personal Teller Machines (PTMs) to complete transactions, La Macchia Group reported. PTMs allow a member to complete their transactions through video technology, interacting with a teller who works from the credit union main office.
The new space will feature three PTMs, an iPad technology bar, an iPad center for kids with interactive financial learning games, and touch screen monitors.
“An open layout design will allow members convenient access to all the amenities so they can fully experience the high-quality member service FirstLight is known for,” according to the company. “Innovation of member service was the ultimate design goal of the credit union’s new facility. As a dedicated resource to their members and the community, the new space will allow FirstLight Federal Credit Union to reach a broad market and provide a convenient location for members located in the greater El Paso area.”
