BROOKFIELD, Wis.––Fiserv has been named one of the Best Places to Work for Disability Inclusion for the fourth consecutive year.
Fiserv scored the highest possible score of 100 on the 2022 Disability Equality Index (DEI), the world’s most comprehensive benchmarking tool to measure disability workplace inclusion. The DEI, now in its eighth year, was launched by Disability:IN and The American Association of People with Disabilities (AAPD) to help businesses make a positive impact on the unemployment and underemployment of people with disabilities, according to Fiserv.
According to Fiserv, it partners with Disability:IN to recruit and develop associates with disabilities, and is focused on creating an environment where everyone can thrive because they have the right access, tools, and benefits to be successful.

Critical Component
Fiserv said a critical component of its commitment to disability inclusion is its Thrive employee resource group (ERG).
“Thrive serves as a resource and advocate for people with disabilities, caregivers, and allies. Fiserv supports Special Olympics, Fisher House Foundation, National Spinal Cord Injury Association, Adaptive Sports Foundation, Autism Communities, and numerous other local and national organizations committed to disability inclusion through funding and volunteerism,” the company said.
The 2022 DEI measured: Culture & Leadership, Enterprise-Wide Access, Employment Practices, Community Engagement, Supplier Diversity and Non-U.S. Operations.
