Fiserv Names Michael OLaughlin As President of Biller Solutions

BROOKFIELD, Wis.–Fiserv has named Michael O’Laughlin president of its Biller Solutions business. The Biller Solutions business encompasses the broadest array of bill presentment and payment services in the industry delivered through web, mobile, telephone and walk-in channels. In this role, O’Laughlin will provide strategic and operating oversight for the business and be responsible for growing Fiserv payments leadership in this important segment.
O’Laughlin has experience in operations, sales and product management that spans several industries in domestic and global markets. He spent the past 12 years in senior leadership roles at NCR, most recently serving as senior vice president, Global Services Delivery, and previously leading Financial Services, the company’s largest line of business. O’Laughlin has also held a variety of roles encompassing technical, management and sales responsibilities with Anderson Consulting, AT&T Data Systems Group, Data General Corporation, Convergys Corporation and Digiquant.

O’Laughlin holds a master’s degree in finance from the University of Colorado and a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Florida State University.
