NEW YORK—Glia, a provider of Digital Customer Service (DCS), said it has been Certified by Great Place To Work for the third year in a row.
The award is based entirely on employee feedback about their experience working at Glia. This year, 94% of the company’s U.S. employees said it’s a great place to work—more than a third higher than the average U.S. company rating at 57%, the company reported.
“We strive to make Glia the very best place to work, continually seeking better ways to empower our employees and set them up for success,” said Leelia Rohumaa, director of people operations. “Our core values are central to this, encouraging Glianeers to collaborate, challenge, master and persevere. We are especially honored to achieve such a high satisfaction score from our employees.”
Glia said its flexible workplace has allowed the company to build a team of top experts from around the world who “seamlessly connect and collaborate together, continuously raising the bar.”
DEI a Top Priority
In addition, the company said diversity, equity and inclusion is a top priority, with Glia’s proactive DEI Committee helping to steer corporate culture.
“Employee feedback is solicited several times each year and also welcomed from any Glianeer at any time,” the company said.
