High Cotton Changes Name to HC3

BIRMINGHAM, Ala.–High Cotton is changing its name to HC3 to reflect its growth and evolution into a data-driven provider of customer communications for financial service companies, the company said. HC3 originated as a provider for direct mail services in book fulfillment, but today’s company is data-driven with a business focus on financial service companies, it added.

According to the company, HC3 solutions provide statement and notice redesign, incorporated marketing campaigns, and seamless delivery of both print and digital communications. Through these services, HC3 empowers financial service companies to give their customers a fully customizable document experience, it added.

“As we work to introduce our clients to the new HC3, our dedication to being strategic partners for the companies we serve still stands true, “said Griffin McGahey, president of HC3, in a statement. “We are excited to utilize the power of data and design to reflect the strength of our clients’ brand and empower meaningful communications with the consumers they serve.”

As part of the rebranding process, HC3 said it will revamp their website with an updated new logo and messaging to reflect the company’s current solutions. Current clients, however, will not experience any changes in the products and services they receive.

HC3 said its dedication to providing exceptional service and maintaining a quality reputation remains unchanged. The company said new business partners will notice that HC3 has grown to be able to manage complex data generated from multiple client systems and present it in meaningful ways, allowing the customer to choose their document experience.

“The name HC3 tells the story of our company’s history,” said McGahey. “‘HC’ represents the company’s origins as High Cotton Direct and High Cotton, while the “3” represents the company’s three business evolutions. With three locations under three business names, we are looking forward to solving the complex communication needs of financial service companies in today’s digital and mobile economy.”
