SAN ANTONIO, Texas– SWBC announced that its financial institution group has partnered with Tucson, Ariz.-based Hughes Federal Credit Union in order to provide the credit union access to its Call Center Services. This service is integrated into Hughes’ existing client platform, allowing SWBC to handle loan application calls on behalf of the credit union, the company said. This ensures faster transfer times for affordable pricing, it added.
“SWBC representatives pick up in a timely manner, and are overall faster than the vendor we used previously,” said Dan Martin, Centralized Lending Manager at Hughes Federal Credit Union. “In addition, the cost associated with the service is competitive with other vendors. There are others out there charging more and providing inferior service.”
“We are looking forward to continuing this relationship as Hughes has already proven to be a valuable partner, providing insightful feedback on our services and effectively communicating with our representatives in order to help us best serve the needs of our clients and their customers,” said Brad Young, executive vice president of AutoPilot services at SWBC.
