MADISON, Wis.–Madison Investments, which manages over $15 billion in assets, said it has committed additional resources to expanding its credit union service offerings by adding Edward Meier to the Credit Union Investment Management Team. Edward’s addition has allowed Madison Investments to begin several new credit union relationships, increasing its assets within the credit union channel to nearly $5 billion.
Meier joins Madison Investments after previously being employed at CUNA Mutual Group’s investment advisory affiliate, MEMBERS Capital Advisors. This strategic hire is further evidence of Madison Investments’ continued dedication to the credit union channel. “I am excited that Madison Investments is passionate about helping credit unions and the communities they serve,” Meier said.
With 25 years of fixed income portfolio management experience, Meier has directly impacted the health and wellbeing of his clients’ balance sheets. “We point to Edward’s focus during the financial crisis which helped navigate his clients through the turbulent times.
