MIDDLETOWN, Penn. – Mid-Atlantic Corporate FCU announced the results of the board of directors’ election during its 40th Annual Meeting.
The event was held at Mid-Atlantic Corporate’s office in Middletown, Pa.
The following incumbents were re-elected to serve three-year terms: Alison DeTuncq, University of Virginia Community Credit Union, Charlottesville, Va.; Brian J. Vittek, Destinations Credit Union, Baltimore, Md.; and David B. Whitehead, Merck Sharp & Dohme Federal Credit Union, Chalfont, Pa.
Officers for Mid-Atlantic Corporate's board of directors were elected as follows: chair, Alison DeTuncq, president/CEO of University of Virginia Community Credit Union in Charlottesville, Va.; vice chair, David B. Whitehead, CEO of Merck Sharp & Dohme Federal Credit Union in Chalfont, Pa.; treasurer, Joan M. Moran, president/CEO of Department of Labor Federal Credit Union in Washington, D.C.; and secretary, Brian J. Vittek, president/CEO of Destinations Credit Union in Baltimore, Md.
The following individuals were re-appointed to serve on Mid-Atlantic Corporate's supervisory committee: Richard C. Burtnett, Traci Donahue, Lois Profili and Mark Volponi.
