LAKEWOOD, Colo.–Data Analytics CUSO Aux is has released a new digital banking feature in Cuery, its data analytics solution for credit unions under $1 billion in assets, that displays which members use the credit union’s online banking system and on which platforms, providing “valuable insight into member experience, device usage, and member activity.”
Distressed with the high barrier to entry and lack of affordable data analytics options for the majority of credit unions, Aux said it launched Cuery, a comprehensive data analytics solution that is both affordable and scalable to credit union’s size while being comprehensive in its capabilities.
According to the company, the release of the digital banking feature rounds out a robust set of Cuery components, including “next best product,” insights, executive, lending, and marketing dashboards, and more.
"We continue to add new features and functions to our solution, making it even more valuable to our client users,” said Alan Bergstrom, VP-marketing and sales. “Some of Cuery’s evolution is actually driven by what our clients tell us they want and need. As a result, our product roadmap is continuously being updated to reflect these client requests and everyone using the solution benefits from these additions. Because we use an agile developmental process, we can easily add and accommodate product enhancements. Our typical Agile sprints are two to three weeks in between new product releases.”
