HONOLULU–NewGround, an experiential design-build firm that is based in Chesterfield, Mo., has opened a new office on Oahu inside the historic Dillingham Transportation Building.
NewGround said it has a longstanding design-build history in Hawaii, with its first project dating back to 1974.
The company said it is currently working on four projects in the state that are in various stages of design and development. NewGround said that as it “continues to build long-term, trusted relationships in Hawaii, we understand that our presence in the community is of utmost importance.”
To support those efforts, NewGround said it developed a locally-based leadership team that will be located in the new Honolulu office.
