CHESTERFIELD, Mo.–NewGround, a St. Louis-based design-build firm, announces the appointment of Shiela Finley as Vice President of Business Development. She will be responsible for leading business development activities in the Pacific Northwest territory.

Shiela has 22 years of experience in all aspects of business development, including overall strategy, driving revenue through new market segments and managing existing client bases. She has a diverse sales background in the real estate, mortgage and lending industries and most recently, she served as Vice President of Sales at Intuvo where she was responsible for selling an enterprise lending software platform to credit unions and banks.
A trusted and experienced sales executive, Shiela is an expert communicator who has a proven record of accomplishment for facilitating long-term business relationships with customers.
