Prime Financial CU Selects Bluepoint Solutions

HENDERSON, Nev.--Bluepoint Solutions said that Milwaukee, Wis.-based Prime Financial Credit Union has implemented its mobile remote deposit capture (RDC) solution QwikDeposit ToGo as part of the credit union's mobile banking app.

The $109-million Prime Financial added mobile RDC to its well-established mobile banking channel in February 2015 in order to provide increased convenience and greater self-service options for members.

"At Prime Financial, we strive to make fresh, innovative services available for our members," said Amy Goratowski, director of organizational development for Prime Financial. "Offering mobile RDC is a key part of our strategy to attract tech-savvy Millennials and to provide needed financial services to the underbanked population in our local community."

The addition of mobile RDC marks an important expansion of capabilities in Prime Financial's mobile strategy, while freeing branch employees to focus on more complex services, to provide financial education, and to build deeper relationships with members, according to Bluepoint Solutions. Within the first two months, 282 members have made a check deposit, representing over $60,000 in deposits.
