EAU CLAIRE, Wis. – Royal Credit Union (Royal) has named four team members to manager positions: Kim Green, Ben Priem, Linda Torres, and Amy Schaefer.
Green started with Royal in December 2005. As the Consumer Lending Manager, she will manage the operation and performance of consumer lending in the Member Loans department. This includes leading a highly productive department focused on Member satisfaction, consistent channel delivery, and execution. She will also identify and implement process improvements.
Priem joined Royal in November 2006. In his role as Technical Services Manager, he will manage the Technical Service Specialists and Business Systems Coordinators to provide comprehensive and efficient technical services for Royal. He is also responsible for ensuring the delivery of effective and responsive technical services to Royal Members and team members.
Torres initially began with Royal in June 1999. She left for a several years and returned in January 2006. She will be responsible, as the Consumer Lending Operations Manager, for managing the overall operation and performance of Royal’s Indirect Lending program, including dealer relationships, business development, and loan funding. She’ll also manage aspects of compliance for the Member Lending department.
Schaefer came to Royal in January 2001. As the Audit services Manager, she will ensure proper execution of the Audit Service’s department vision, strategy, and plan. Her responsibilities also include developing strategies to continually develop department team members and assisting in the evaluation of their performance.
