SWBC Partnering With Meridian Link on Insurance Tracking

SAN ANTONIO—SWBC said it is partnering with MeridianLink, a leading provider of modern software platforms for financial institutions and consumer reporting agencies.

According to the companies, the partnership integrates SWBC’s insurance tracking offering into MeridianLink Collect, allowing customers to authenticate via single sign-on (SSO) and view all insurance tracking information for the selected member’s loan without leaving the MeridianLink application.

“Institutions benefit from the convenience of accessing insurance information directly through the system and eliminate time spent maneuvering between multiple screens and programs,” SWBC said. “All the necessary tools to manage insurance tracking efforts are within MeridianLink Collect. Key features include access to insurance tracking and policy details, creating and tracking claims, the ability to quote premiums and refunds for collateral protection polices and submit updated insurance status via the integration.”

Reduced Burden

Added Wanita Kaupert, executive vice president, product management at SWBC, “SWBC is excited to introduce this integration with a respected partner in the industry. This reduces the administrative burden for the client, making it easier to utilize our AutoPilot program within MeridianLink Collect. MeridianLink is a respected partner in the industry, and we’re excited to announce this collaboration and further expansion of our partnership.”

Meanwhile, Megan Pulliam, SVP of partnerships at MeridianLink, said, “This long-standing partnership now provides even deeper value through easily configurable insurance tracking solutions, and we are thankful to expand our work with SWBC.”
