SAN ANTONIO—SWBC is reporting it is integrating with Corelation for SWBC Point-of-Sale products, the company announced.
Corelation’s core software, KeyStone, now provides real-time integration with SWBC’s UNITY/LOS Express platform, according to the company.
“Through efficient navigation, intuitive presentation tools, and a clean modern design, LOS Expresssimplifies the loan and product presentation process. Loan officers can now easily and confidently present product options, customized bundles, and numerous loan/vehicle protection products through a single application without the need to toggle between screens or enter data in multiple locations,” SWBC said. “Designed for today’s lending environment, LOS Express includes consumer-facing explainer videos (English and Spanish), quote letters, other marketing and educational materials, as well as a link to a live Warranty Assist agent who can directly answer any questions the borrower may have and help to close the sale.
Increased Participation
The company added that with the integration of UNITY LOS Express into the KeyStone loan origination process, a financial institution can significantly increase borrower participation in its insurance and point-of-sale programs.
“We’ve had a mutually successful relationship with SWBC going back to 2001. With the increased functionality provided with LOS Express and our recent conversion to Corelation (KeyStone), we feel this integration will really streamline our process for adding GAP policies to our borrower accounts,” stated Tammy Hansen, chief lending officer with Cyprus Credit Union.
Added Cyndy Stewart, vice president of business development for SWBC’s Financial Institution Group, “We’re very excited to complete this integration with the team at Corelation. Our mutual clients have been requesting this functionality, and we’re thrilled we can now provide it to them. This integration is one of many we hope to complete with Corelation to further assist our mutual clients in maximizing their time and resources working with the suite of SWBC products and services while in the KeyStone solution.”
