PLANO, Texas—SWBC said it will host a webinar on Aug. 11 on how to best optimize a borrower’s user experience in order to build a successful payments program.
The company said many credit unions provide flexible digital payment options to borrowers, but few consider the user experience those same borrowers encounter during the digital payment process.
SWBC said its team of payments experts will address that issue and offer resolutions, as well as share how credit unions can rely on technology to help mitigate payment risk and offer insight into the shift to digital payments over the last year due to the pandemic.
According to the company, key takeaways from the webinar, titled “Wading in the Digital Payments Deep End? Lessons in Risk Management and UX Design,” will include:
- What the shift to digital payments over the last year means for the future of financial institutions
- Understanding why and how user experience is a vital part of a payments program, including how an effective user journey affects account-holders
- How to leverage technology throughout the entire payments program to mitigate risk
The one-hour webinar will be held Aug. 11 at 11 CDT.
