MEMPHIS, Tenn.– Strategic Resource Management (SRM) has added Joseph M. Romanello to the SRM team as Senior Vice President. Romanello joins SRM with more than 35 years of sales management, promotional planning, and operations experience, successfully implementing business development initiatives through executive sales leadership and training.
A national sales leader in the financial services industry, Romanello comes to SRM from Wolf & Co., where he served as Director of National Sales/Risk Management Group. He previously served as Senior Vice President for Infinity Data Corporation, and Vice President/National Sales Manager for Centrix Financial, Vice President of Business Development for DeLaRue Cash Systems, and Regional Sales Manager for The Gillette Company.
Romanello’s significant business development expertise includes executive sales, marketing management, and managing national territory development. With a proven track record in leadership ideology in the financial services sector, Romanello has helped numerous companies increase profitability by developing strategic alliances and driving growth to increase market share.

Romanello holds a bachelor’s degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He will work in the company’s office in Boston, and manage business development for banks and credit unions in Massachusetts, Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Maryland, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Washington, D.C.
