SEATTLE—Strum Platform, which provides Azure cloud-based financial marketing analytics technology, is reporting it has joined the Jack Henry Vendor Integration Program (VIP).
According to the company, participation in the program will provide Strum Platform with access to Jack Henry’s technical resources to enable their Customer Data Platform (CDP) solution to integrate with Symitar. The Vendor Integration Program is designed to help ensure that Jack Henry’s customers can easily deploy third-party products, Sturm Platform said.
The company added that Strum Platform’s cloud marketing analytics solution integrates with Symitar via SymXchange, a services-based programming interface that enables third-party vendors and credit unions to access the platform’s core data and business rules.
‘Integrity is Maintained’
“The integrity of data is maintained throughout any data exchange, because access to business rules and data is managed through a service layer which governs these interactions,” Strum Platform said. “Financial leaders are struggling to harness their member data into actionable data-driven insights that improve member experiences and create relevant cross-selling journeys.”
The company added that Strum Platform leverages first-party data, enhanced lifestyle segmentation, PowerBI dashboards, and generative AI to simplify and improve personalization, profitability, and performance.

“Consumers expect smarter guidance to help them improve their financial health. Connecting through VIP will help our Symitar credit union clients work to accelerate mission-critical data analytics integrations,” said Strum Platform CEO Mark Weber. “And faster integrations can help reduce the impact on IT teams and resources, simplify the path to actionable data-driven marketing, and improve member experiences and relationship growth.”
