DES MOINES, Iowa – TMG Financial Services (TMGFS), a top-65 credit card agent issuer and advisory services firm, has announced the addition of a new employee and the promotion of another.
Shawna Pritchard has been hired as a collections manager. As such, she will provide operational support, management, leadership and coaching
to in-house collections analysts, as well as to third-party recovery agents. Pritchard will be responsible for ensuring TMGFS’ collection policies and procedures are in compliance with state and federal regulations while maintaining the kind of program that aligns with TMGFS’ partner expectations. Pritchard’s 25+ year career in the banking and mortgage industry includes operations, loan servicing, customer service, and collections experience.
Promoted to manager of client service, Jennifer McGinley will manage the operational relationship between TMGFS and its partners, ensuring an outstanding cardmember experience.
She will work with the operations team to implement strategic goals, as well as provide operational support, management, leadership and coaching to TMGFS’ client services team. Prior to joining TMGFS in 2015, McGinley worked for a variety of financial services organizations, earning her a
decade of experience with retail banking and a deep understanding of cardmember expectations.
