MADISON, Wis.–TruStage said it will host a webinar on diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. The webinar is scheduled for June 21 from 2-3 p.m. E.T.
Speakers will include:
- Thalia Anguiano, credit union DEI advisor with TruStage
- Bob Falk, president & CEO of Purdue Federal Credit Union
- Opal Tomashevska, director of multicultural business strategy with TruStage
“Diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) initiatives are gaining momentum at credit unions across the country and embracing DEI is a natural fit for them,” TruStage said. “But there’s still confusion around DEI. What does it entail? Why is it important? What steps can your credit union take to begin or continue your DEI journey?”
Help in Understanding
According to the company, the trio of speakers will “share their collaborative efforts and firsthand experiences for infusing DEI into every aspect of Purdue’s ecosystem. This session will help your credit union understand and celebrate the culture and identity of your existing membership and identify opportunities to help attract new members.”
