Unity One Credit Union Partners with MarketMatch

DAYTON, Ohio — MarketMatch and Unity One Credit Union of Fort Worth, Texas, have launched a new  financial marketing automation project to improve communications with the members of Unity One Credit Union and better promote awareness of its financial products and services.

This project is the culmination of  five months of strategic, research and creative work between the two companies. Unity One adopted the HubSpot email and marketing automation platform several years ago. With a large growth goal ahead of the credit union in 2017 and the desire to communicate more consistently with members, fully utilizing the HubSpot platform was needed, MarketMatch said.

“We really felt that HubSpot was being underutilized and knew that MarketMatch had the expertise to breathe new life into how we were using the system,” said Erayne Hill, vice president of marketing for Unity One Credit Union. “We love that they helped us create journeys for clients and potential clients using behavioral data. We feel the marriage of consistent data with our  financial solutions is a more effective way to reach consumers and offer them what they need when they need it. We have high hopes.”
