Vantiv Named a ‘Leader’ in Forrester Report
CINCINNATI–Vantiv said it has been named by Forrester Research, Inc. as a Leader in the Forrester Wave Global Commerce Payment Providers Q4 2016 report.
“Vantiv balances superior support, product and developer capabilities for U.S. retailers,” Forrester wrote in the report. “Not only is it the second-largest payment acquirer in the U.S., but several clients commented on its excellent support and expertise compared to their previous solution providers. The company really shines when it comes to ease of integration and debit-routing capabilities due to its Vantiv Prime product and reporting solution, Vantiv IQ.”
Forrester used a 23-criteria evaluation to identify, analyze and score the 11 most significant U.S. merchant payment processing providers. It also used a combination of three data sources to assess the strengths and weaknesses of each solution: vendor surveys, product demonstrations and customer reference calls.
“We believe our ranking as a Leader in the Forrester Wave for payment processing is a validation of our strong commitment to product capability, developer focus and high levels of customer service,” said Mark Heimbouch, chief operating officer at Vantiv, in a statement. “Vantiv’s strategy of providing a platform offering comprehensive omnichannel solutions, which is easy to integrate with, is clearly resonating in the marketplace, and now referenced in the Forrester report.”
Forrester scored Vantiv the highest available score of 5.0 in the following criteria: Developer Integrations and Technology Partners.
